We all know how easy it is for a brand to talk about how great they are when compared to the competition. Over the years we’ve come to understand that the only way to accurately measure the quality of the brand is to let the customer be the judge.

TrustPilot (www.trustpilot.co.uk) is one of the internet’s biggest independent review sites. It provides consumers with an independent forum to voice their opinions about a company. What makes TrustPilot great is that, unlike many other review sites, it doesn’t allow the brand or company owners to edit or filter customer reviews.

For years, consumers of our bags have been leaving independent reviews of our brand and our products on TrustPilot.

In 2014 and then again in 2015 we were awarded the “Best in Category” for Leather-goods above all other companies in the UK and we are extremely proud to hold those awards.

Since winning those awards, we’ve been trying to spread our customer reviews into a number of different platforms, so now you’ll be able to find reviews about us on your favourite channels, like Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc. not just Trustpilot.

We regularly compile our customer reviews and list them here for your ease. We have not filtered or edited any reviews; we’ve recorded everything below; good and bad.

We hope that the occasional not-so-good reviews demonstrate that when we do make mistakes (because we are only human), we genuinely commit to giving our best to correct our errors and still provide our customers’ satisfaction.

The names of the people who left the review are shared to make searchable on original pages where the reviews were gathered from so you can verify their authenticity, and if the review is one of the occasional not-perfect reviews then you may also be able to read our response and our solution to the customer’s issue by clicking on the name of the reviewer.
